Peacefully sitting in a flower filled garden and surrounded by olive groves, backed by dramatic hills, Villa Konstantina is an easy walk slightly uphill from the fishing village of Katelios, so that open sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area, terraces and upper balconies.

Built in traditional Ionian style the house is very spacious with a light filled living/dining room with large patio doors leading out to a shaded terrace and the pool terrace. An open plan kitchen is well equipped and on this floor there is also a guest WC. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, offering lovely sea views and en suite shower rooms. Beautifully decorated in romantic style, with some gorgeous art work and lots of character this is a really comfortable and charming “home from home”. The terraces, shaded and open are surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and a large paved terrace around the pool. In addition a built in BBQ and shaded dining area ideal for al fresco meals as well as a comfortable shady sitting area…all in all a great house for a family or group of friends.

Katelios is an idyllic spot, a few tavernas along the water front, a mini market and a couple of café/bars. The beach lies alongside the tiny fishing harbour – just outside the village the beach of Aghia Varvara is an alternative for swimming and sunbathing and Skala is just a ten minute drive away.

This fabulous small house is ideal for a couple or couple and small child, has been constructed and finished to the highest standards. Situated on the hillside above Trapezaki Bay in a quiet access only track a mini market and several tavernas are within a few minutes walk.

Trapezaki Bay is based in a great location not far from the beach. This villa is placed on a plot adjacent to Trapezaki Queen – a villa that sleeps up to 6 guests. These villas neighbour one another with a distance of approximately 20 meters but remain private from one another as they are separated by lawns and hedges, and they do not face each other. Both of the Trapezaki villas could be enjoyed simultaneously by a party of 8 due to their close proximity, but they are separate properties.

Open sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area and terraces whilst a garden with grassed area and fragrant flowers surrounds the patio. The Cottage has its own private parking area (off street) and a ramp leads down to the front door – in fact the interior including the bathroom have been adapted to be wheelchair friendly.

Very attractive open plan sitting room and dining area with patio doors out to the main terrace offers comfortable seating and the beautifully fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Leading off this area is a door leading to the bedroom suite. A large bedroom with large double bed and plenty of fitted wardrobes, again leads out to the sea facing terrace. The en suite shower room features an enclosed shower cubicle as well as a “roll in wet room shower” which can be used by wheelchair user. The bathroom is large enough to move around inside and the doors are extra wide. However nothing has been detracted from the quality of the fittings to provide this facility. (The bedroom is large enough to take a travel cot if needed).

The terrace offers comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor dining table and chairs in the shade as well as a comfortable sitting area and simple barbecue.

As houses of this standard for just 2 people are very hard to find we feel sure that Trapezaki Bay Cottage will be very popular so early reservations are recommended! Also for a couple travelling with family or friends but with their own privacy, it is ideal to rent the cottage together with Trapezaki Queen Villa which is situated on an adjacent plot, but totally separate from the Cottage.

Trapezaki Queen can accomodate up to 6 guests and is based in a great location not far from the beach. This villa is placed on a plot adjacent to Trapezaki Bay Cottage – a villa that sleeps up to 2 guests. These villas neighbour one another with a distance of approximately 20 meters but remain private from one another as they are separated by lawns and hedges, and they do not face each other. Both of the Trapezaki villas could be enjoyed simultaneously by a party of 8 due to their close proximity but they are separate properties.
A private parking area is provided for this villa that can take 2 cars. The villa sits in its own generous garden with a large grassed area, many flowers and shrubs and has natural screening and fencing provided by trees and shrubs.
On the ground floor the living room with its high wooden ceiling, glass fronted fireplace and attractive furnishings is open plan to an attractive dining area and fully fitted open plan kitchen. This area has several patio doors opening onto the main front terraces and pool area.
Separated by a door the bedroom area offers one double bedroom (double bed plus a single fold out sofa bed) with adjacent shower room, a further double bedroom with en suite shower room (both leading out to the sea facing patio and the pool). Upstairs the master suite offers a large bedroom with large double bed, walk in wardrobes and an attractive en suite shower room. This room also has its own private sea facing balcony where a morning coffee or evening drink can be enjoyed!
The main terrace is in front of the house and incorporates a built in barbecue, comfortable sitting furniture is provided as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for meals Al fresco. From the pool you have views over the garden and out to sea.
All in all a very attractive and excellently equipped house for a family or group of friends, this villa would also work well for 3 couples.

This attractive villa in Lourdas nestles just behind the glorious sandy beach tucked into a quiet corner and surrounded by greenery it offers that perfect combination of being close to everything but being secluded and private.

Very popular since it was built in 2006 Xanthy has a firm following of regular guests and early reservation is recommended.

The horizon pool situated to the side of the house offers stunning sea views and all day sun A pool side shower is available and plenty of space for sunbathing. The front covered terrace is an ideal spot for outdoor meals cooked on the barbecue situated conveniently just outside the kitchen.

The interior is an attractive mixture of traditional and modern the living room with it’s feature fireplace and stone features offers comfortable furniture, with a generous dining area and well equipped kitchen/breakfast room. This floor also has a utility room for the washing machine and a shower room. The house also has satellite TV (limited channels).

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The double master bedroom with en suite bathroom has doors to a large sea facing balcony where you can enjoy even more spectacular sea views. The two twin rooms (also with access to the same balcony) share a shower room.

Villa Sun & Sea is a beautiful brand-new villa nestled into the lush hillside overlooking the picturesque beach of Lourdas.
This modern, spacious and comfortable villa has the most amazing, uninterrupted view down to the crystal, pale turquoise waters of the bay and across the Ionian Sea to the neighbouring island of Zakynthos.
Access to the villa from the main road, is down a short community track. Once at the villa, there is ample parking space to the rear.
The large well-furnished terraces to the front of the property offer shaded areas as well as being a great trap for sun worshippers, while lazing around the grand infinity pool or enjoying an alfresco BBQ.
You enter the light and airy villa into a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, which is comfortably furnished with large sofas to relax on and admire the view or watch the satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all the modern facilities you would hope to find, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
On this ground floor there is a cloakroom with toilet and washing machine and then the first of the three bedrooms, which is a twin with en suite bathroom, featuring a walk in shower.
Central stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, including a one-step-up-to bath, with shower and then a second double bedroom, also with an en suite bathroom and another walk in shower.
On the first floor is the fourth single day bedded room/office.
From each level of the villa the view is just as spectacular, as all balconies and pool surrounds have perspex panelling, to allow for all round vision so you won’t miss anything.
Location:
The area of Lourdas is located on the south central coast of the island, so it is a great place to get out and about from. The capital, Argostoli is approximately a 20 minute drive away and the South Eastern fishing village of Katelios is a 25 minute drive, then just round the South Eastern tip, to the holiday resort of Skala is approximately a 30 minute drive.
From this area, it is also easy to set off up to the North, to Sami, Myrtos bay and Fiscardo. (Allow at least 1 hour and 20 minutes to Fiscardo)
The island is your ‘oyster’ from this villa, but you may find it hard to leave it once there!
